We encourage our suppliers to continuously work to implement sustainable development principles like the ones in this Supplier Code in their own operations and in their supply chain. 

To Whom Does This Supplier Code Apply? 

A 云顶集团糖果游戏 supplier is any third party with whom 云顶集团糖果游戏 has an active commercial relationship for the supply of goods or services, 包括原材料和机械供应商, suppliers of other goods and services, contractors, consultants, brokers and agents.

The Principles of the Supplier Code

Compliance with Law

Human Rights/Employment Practices/Health & Safety

Environment

Business Integrity and Anticorruption 

In support of 云顶集团糖果游戏’s values of ethics, morality, honesty and decency in its work, 云顶集团糖果游戏对供应商的要求如下: 

Antitrust/Competition Law Compliance - Suppliers will fully comply with the antitrust and competition laws of the countries in which they do business. For example, 供应商不得串通投标, price fixing, price discrimination or any other unfair trade practices in violation of applicable antitrust and competition laws.

Confidentiality – Suppliers who receive information from or on behalf of 云顶集团糖果游戏 on a confidential basis shall maintain that confidentiality and shall use the information only in the performance of their obligations to 云顶集团糖果游戏. 

Intellectual Property Protection – Suppliers shall respect the intellectual property rights of 云顶集团糖果游戏 and others and comply with their legal and contractual obligations to 云顶集团糖果游戏 with respect to the protection of all intellectual property provided to them by or on behalf of 云顶集团糖果游戏. 

International Trade – Suppliers shall assist 云顶集团糖果游戏 by complying with all trade laws applicable to 云顶集团糖果游戏 in the performance of their obligations. 这些贸易法律包括美国的反抵制法以及美国和欧盟的贸易制裁法律, export controls laws, 进口法律和有关供应链安全的法律. 

Data Protection – Suppliers shall respect privacy rights and comply with all applicable laws relating to data protection and data security.

Financial Controls – Suppliers shall maintain strong financial controls and keep complete and accurate records of all business operations and transactions involving 云顶集团糖果游戏 in accordance with applicable retention policies and laws. Participation in money laundering or the financing of terrorists or criminal activities in any way is strictly prohibited.

Continuous Improvement

Striving for excellence and continuous improvement is an important facet of how 云顶集团糖果游戏 conducts business. 云顶集团糖果游戏鼓励并建议供应商:

  • 持续改进产品和/或服务以提高质量, 降低成本，减少产品对环境的影响.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records.
  • Identify, 制定目标并实施行动计划，以减少水域对环境的影响, wastewater, energy, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, landfill use and packaging.

Accountability and Compliance 

云顶集团糖果游戏建议供应商实施适当的政策, management systems, 程序和人员配备，以满足本供应商准则的期望. 云顶集团糖果游戏 expects suppliers to effectively communicate to its personnel the standards to which the supplier is committed, as well as relevant laws, regulations and protections.

云顶集团糖果游戏 reserves the right to require proof of compliance with this Supplier Code (or the equivalent provision of a supplier’s code of conduct), 皇冠可要求何种形式的合规证明, a review of the supplier’s supporting documentation and records or other appropriate evaluative format. If the supplier is not in compliance, 云顶集团糖果游戏 reserves the right to review the non-compliance with the supplier and require the supplier to take corrective measures to cause compliance. 

Nothing in this Supplier Code is meant to supersede any more specific provision in a particular contract, and to the extent there is any inconsistency between this Supplier Code and any other provision of a particular contract, the contract provision will control.
